Armando Zepeda’s experience in new construction, remolding, and maintenance dates to the late 1980s. Over the next 15 years, Armando acquired expertise in every facet of the construction trade, including plumbing, electrical, framing, foundation and HVAC. Armando went on to obtain technical trade certifications in construction and code inspections from San Diego State University and Southwestern College. In 1998, Armando acquired his General Contractor’s license. Since joining Countywide’s team of inspectors in 1999 Armando's expertise and lengthy tenure as an inspector earned him the rare and distinguished professional trade certification of "Master CREIA Inspector" (MCI).
