John Hastey co-founded Countywide Property Inspections in 1998, following 12 years of residential and commercial construction. With 20 years of inspection experience, John has performed over 12,000 property inspections. In 2006, John gained the distinction of becoming one of only a handful of inspectors to be certified as a CREIA “Master Inspector.” He is also a guest lecturer at local community colleges on the subject of real estate inspection ethics and principals. John's construction and inspection certifications and affiliations include: ICBO (Int'l Conf. of Bldg. Officials), IAEI (Int'l Assc. of Electrical Inspectors), CREIA (Cal. Real Estate Inspection Assc.), and FREA (Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers).
