We do require in advance a list of the items from our report that are to be re-inspected. Limitations: 12 items or less; SFR or condos only; checklist format only. Exclusions: roof & structural repairs, adequacy or longevity of repairs; main sewer line video re-inspection; mold remediation; items listed in our agreement/report as outside the scope of the inspection ($100 for add’l re-inspection). |
