Countywide offers its clients at no additional charge, one reinspection prior to purchase for the purpose of inspecting deficiencies flagged in our report that the seller has addressed. We do require in advance a list of the items from our report that are to be re-inspected. Limitations: 12 items or less; SFR or condos only; checklist format only. Exclusions: roof & structural repairs, adequacy or longevity of repairs; main sewer line video re-inspection; mold remediation; items listed in our agreement/report as outside the scope of the inspection ($100 for add’l re-inspection). |
