Armando Zepeda is the owner of Countywide. His experience in new construction, remolding, and maintenance dates back to the 1980s. Over the ensuing 15 years, he acquired “built from the ground up” experience in all facets of construction, including plumbing, electrical, roofing, foundation and HVAC. Armando went on to obtain technical trade certifications in construction and code inspections from San Diego State University and Southwestern College. In 1998, Armando acquired his General Contractor’s license from the State of California. Since becoming certified as a home inspector in 1999 Armando's expertise, peer reviewed testing and lengthy tenure as an inspector earned him the distinguished professional certification of MASTER CREIA INSPECTOR (MCI) from the California Real Estate Inspection Association; a distinction bestowed on only a small number of property inspectors in the State of California.
