The information provided is at your discretion, and includes your name, telephone number, contact information of those who you represent or who are assisting you and the address of the property we are being asked to inspect. This information is used for scheduling of your home inspection and similar information related to your property inspection order. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via the inspection order form on this website. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your order for the inspection (i.e., your real estate agent). We do not engage in any marketing activities that entails future solicitation to you of our services; consequently, we do not use the information we collect for any future solicitation of our services (e.g., promotions, offers, etc).

We neither request nor allow any credit card or banking related information (“sensitive information”) to be communicated to us via our website. Any sensitive information you may provide to us via telephone or at the inspection is disclosed only to our employees or inspectors who need the information to charge the credit card. These are the only individuals granted access to such sensitive information. We do not store any sensitive information on computers, and any sensitive information kept in “hard copy” form is maintained in a safe and secure environment on our premises.
