Richard Humbert brings over 20 years of construction experience to inspection procedures and practices. In the building boom of the 1980s, Richard headed up a construction firm that specialized in building custom, high end homes. His success in that company drew largely from years of prior “hands on” experience in all trades of construction. After graduating from the Inspector Training Institute, Richard joined Countywide’s team in 2004 and immediately distinguished himself amongst home buyers and real estate agents alike. In 2006 Richard attained another prestigious milestone by becoming one of only a handful of inspectors in California to be certified as a “Master CREIA Inspector” by the California Real Estate Inspection Association
